About the Role

We’re looking for an Information Controller to join our site team based from Greatworth to Southam area. You will support the delivery teams with uploading and downloading documentation onto the document management system, raising document numbers (MIDP numbers) and electronic filing on shared drive. You will also be responsible for chasing supply chain and delivery teams for outstanding paperwork. You will collaborate with the EKFB team to ensure that EKFB Document Control protocols are adhered to, upskilling and sharing best practices with the wider team where required, and encourage and train project team members to view and manage information electronically as agreed with project leadership.

Part of this role is to support the escalation of any issues regarding overdue and/or outstanding documentation with relevant project stakeholders and ensure compliance with Client EDMS requirements so that the delivery of project documentation is achieved without delay. Additionally, you will maintain responsibility for your own workload, continually develop your skills and knowledge, and support cultural change within the business unit and project by promoting a digital approach to information management.
