EKFB is recruiting a Safety, Health and Wellbeing Advisor to join our team in Aylesbury, with duties based from the Wendover compound. You will support SHW campaigns, engage with onsite teams and supply chain to monitor SHW performance, and lead site inspections to identify trends and drive corrective actions across the Delivery Area. You will report to the SHW Lead and work with corporate and local SHW campaigns, ensuring alignment with the Business Management System and promoting a culture of safety and wellbeing.
