About The Role

EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineer and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing, and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.

We’re looking to recruit a Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team based in Aylesbury. This role will be based at sites and offices in the Aylesbury area, some of which are remote, therefore we do ask that you hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle in order to be considered for this position.

In this role you will be providing administrative support to the Health and Safety team and will review processes and schedules in line with project policies. You'll liaise daily with the internal site delivery teams to obtain health and safety performance and compliance information. The role requires you to monitor and maintain all health and safety system platforms ensuring data accuracy is maintained. You'll also be assisting with the collation and preparation of data for health and safety reports. You'll also attend regular meetings where you'd need to be taking minutes and recording actions.
