EKFB is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the route-wide Commercial team. Based in Milton Keynes, you will frequently travel to our sites and compounds across Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire to govern contract commercial aspects and lead portions of the team when required.
You will prepare and agree variation accounts, monitor cost against targets and programmes, issue interim and final valuations, and provide timely contractual advice to management to ensure compliance.
