EKFB is seeking a HR Coordinator to join the People team with regular on-site presence at sites in Aylesbury and at the Head Office in Milton Keynes.
You will support HR across projects, handling onboarding, employee records, reporting and HR coordination, working with HR Business Partners, project teams and site managers.
You will assist with onboarding of new starters, inductions, compliance checks, and support employee relations activities such as meetings and documentation.
