What the Role Involves

  • Personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting and continence support – these are essential parts of the role and are always delivered with dignity and respect
  • Supporting with mobility, medication, and nutritional needs
  • Providing emotional support and meaningful companionship
  • Supporting individuals with learning disabilities, helping them live fulfilled lives and maintain routines, confidence, and independence
  • Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
  • Keeping accurate records in line with care plans and SSSC expectations

What You'll Receive

  • Weekly Pay: £12.60 per hour (weekday) and up to £14.25 per hour for weekend work, depending on experience
  • Flexible Work Pattern: Mornings, evenings and weekends available across 7 days
  • Paid Training and Induction: Full training is provided – no prior experience needed
  • Ongoing Development: We support SSSC registration, SVQs, and offer clear career pathways

  • A valid driving licence and access to a car – essential for community-based care
