We are a multi-award-winning provider of person-led care at home, supporting individuals to live well, safely and independently in their own homes across North Edinburgh – including Blackhall, Corstorphine, Cramond, Leith, Murrayfield and surrounding areas (EH3, EH4, EH7, EH11, EH12).

What the Role InvolvesAs a Home Care Support Worker, your role is to support people with daily living in a way that promotes independence and wellbeing. This includes:
- Personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting and continence support – these are essential parts of the role and are always delivered with dignity and respect
- Supporting with mobility, medication, and nutritional needs
- Providing emotional support and meaningful companionship
- Supporting individuals with learning disabilities, helping them live fulfilled lives and maintain routines, confidence, and independence
- Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Keeping accurate records in line with care plans and SSSC expectations
- Weekly Pay: £12.60 per hour (weekday) and up to £14.25 per hour for weekend work, depending on experience
- Flexible Work Pattern: Mornings, evenings and weekends available across 7 days
- Paid Training and Induction: Full training is provided – no prior experience needed
