Eidyn Care is looking for a strong Service Manager / Deputy Manager to lead our growing Fife home care service.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants real responsibility — not just paperwork and box-ticking.

You’ll lead the team, keep the service running smoothly, and make sure our clients receive outstanding care in their own homes.

The Role

You will manage the day-to-day running of the Fife service , supporting coordinators, field staff and care workers.

You’ll work closely with the Registered Manager but will be trusted to run the service independently.

This role is office-based in Lochgelly , with visits to clients and staff for care reviews, supervisions and spot checks.

Participation in the on-call rota is required.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Experience in home care or social care
  • Experience leading or supervising staff
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Calm under pressure
  • Good IT and written skills
  • SVQ Level 3 (or working towards Level 4)
  • Willingness to register with SSSC
  • Driving licence
  • Ideal Experience
  • Deputy Manager or Service Manager experience
  • Care Inspectorate experience
