We’re now looking for a Supervisor/ Team Leader to join our team, someone who’s ready to take the next step and play a key role at the heart of our service.
About the Role
As a Home Care Supervisor, you’ll be the vital link between the office and home care team, helping to ensure every client receives the highest quality of care. You’ll:
- Be responsible for your own area, scheduling your team to ensure your clients' needs are met.
- Provide hands-on care and on-call support to colleagues in the field.
- Carry out spot checks, care plan reviews, mentoring, and training support.
- Assist with office administration and daily communication.
- Promote teamwork, quality, and continuity across all aspects of care.
This is a varied, rewarding role, ideal for someone who has a SVQ3 (or is willing to work towards it) in Social Care, 2 or more years experience within home care and is ready to take that next step into leadership while staying connected to hands-on care.
