Eidyn Care is looking for a strong Service Manager / Deputy Manager to lead our growing Fife home care service. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants real responsibility — not just paperwork and box-ticking. You’ll lead the team, keep the service running smoothly, and make sure our clients receive outstanding care in their own homes.

The Role
You will manage the day-to-day running of the Fife service, supporting coordinators, field staff and care workers. You’ll work closely with the Registered Manager but will be trusted to run the service independently. This role is office-based in Lochgelly, with visits to clients and staff for care reviews, supervisions and spot checks. Participation in the on-call rota is required.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in home care or social care
- Experience leading or supervising staff
- Strong organisational skills
- Calm under pressure
- Good IT and written skills
- SVQ Level 3 (or working towards Level 4)
- Willingness to register with SSSC
- Driving licence
