Eidyn Care is looking for a passionate, experienced Registered Manager to lead our growing team across Fife and Perthshire. You’ll have the autonomy to shape services, elevate care quality, and guide our brilliant team through a new phase of growth.

🔑 About the Role:

• Lead our care services across Fife and Perthshire
• Support and grow a team of 75+ carers and team leads
• Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate/SSSC standards
• Drive quality, retention, and service improvement
• Help shape the strategic direction of the business

🙌 What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in home care)
• SVQ 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring skills
• A proactive, hands‑on approach — you lead from the front
• Confidence managing budgets and supporting business growth
• Experience of managing multi‑site service (Supported Living/ Care at Home)
• A valid UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
