We're a technology company focused on Enterprise Delivery and Engineering. We work and partner with global organisations to deliver enterprise cloud solutions, while our engineering teams design, build, operate, and manage modern web applications, AI-driven tools, and scalable cloud infrastructure — for both our clients and our own platforms. Led by hands-on, technically experienced founders, we move quickly, make decisions efficiently, and value the impact of every individual contribution. Since 2016, we've built a strong track record and are now entering an exciting phase of growth — making this a great time to join the business.

About the role

We're looking for a motivated and curious individual to join us as a Trainee Consultant. This is an entry-level position designed for people who want to start a career in technology and consulting, with full training provided. No previous consulting experience is required — just enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

You'll work alongside experienced consultants, gaining hands-on exposure to Oracle applications and real project environments. This is a structured development path leading to a Junior Consultant position and beyond. This is a supportive learning environment — you will not be expected to know everything on day one.

What you'll do

  • Structured learning — complete structured training in Oracle Cloud applications and technologies; learn how core business processes (Finance, HR, Procurement, etc.) work in real organisations.
  • Shadowing & exposure — shadow senior consultants during project work and client interactions; participate in internal meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team check-ins.
  • Hands-on practice — work in training environments to practise configuration and system navigation; support tasks such as documentation, testing, data preparation, and research.
  • Consulting fundamentals — build core consulting skills including communication, problem-solving, structured analysis, and stakeholder awareness.

As your skills grow, you'll take on real project exposure with appropriate support.

Genuine interest in technology, business processes, or problem-solving. Reliable, organised, and eager to learn. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Background

  • School leavers, graduates, or career changers all welcome.
  • No prior consulting experience required.
  • No specific degree title required — any background considered if the curiosity and reliability are there.

What we're not looking for

  • Pre-existing Oracle expertise — we will teach you.
  • A polished consulting CV.

What we offer

  • Full training and mentoring from experienced consultants.
  • Paid learning time.
  • Real project exposure as your skills grow.
  • A supportive team environment with structured development.

Practicalities

  • Location: Scarborough, UK. UK-based candidates only (visa sponsorship not available at this point).
  • Working hours: standard full-time; flexible within reason.
  • Probation: standard 3-month, with monthly structured reviews.
  • Compensation: competitive trainee salary, with regular reviews as you progress.
