This is a hands-on, influential role within a fast-paced egg production facility. You will work directly with site leadership to drive standards, shape behaviours, and ensure safety is embedded into daily operations.
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of health & safety systems
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections
- Deliver training, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
