Der Einsatz ist auf drei Jahre ausgelegt - im Anschluss ist eine Übernahme an einem Standort der Ehrmann Unternehmensgruppe in Deutschland gewährleistet.
Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie unterstützen bei der Führung und Steuerung der täglichen Betriebsabläufe in der aseptischen Produktion und Abfüllung.
- Sie überwachen und optimieren unsere Produktionsprozesse, analysieren relevante Kennzahlen und leiten geeignete Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab.
- Sie fördern die Weiterentwicklung des Teams und eine Kultur von Verantwortung, Teamarbeit und Arbeitssicherheit.
- Sie wirken bei der Produktionsplanung sowie beim effizienten Einsatz von Personal, Anlagen und Ressourcen mit.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit der Technikabteilung zusammen, um die Anlagenverfügbarkeit sowie Arbeitssicherheit sicherzustellen.
Das ist Ihr Profil:
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung zum Milchtechnologen inkl. Weiterbildung zum Molkereimeister/-techniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Idealerweise konnten Sie erste Führungserfahrung sammeln.
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Herstellung und Abfüllung von Frischeprodukten und aseptischen Prozessen.
