Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements across multiple functions.
- Facilitate workshops to capture current and future state processes.
- Produce clear and structured documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, and process maps.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions.
Data & Reporting (Power BI)
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports aligned to business requirements.
