EHPlabs is seeking a UK-based Fulfillment Assistant to support day-to-day UK logistics and fulfillment operations. This role is UK-centric and focused on execution, visibility, and time-critical logistics support—particularly during morning transport cut-off windows.
This is a junior-level contract role suited for someone who is comfortable working independently, handling operational logistics tasks, and supporting fulfillment activities. The role will initially focus on core execution and data handling, with scope to expand depending on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily UK order fulfillment and logistics operations, including order management, transport bookings, delivery appointments, and inbound/outbound shipments, with priority coverage 8:00–10:00 AM UK time
- Manage timely and error-free order flows, including sales order queues, back orders, and internal/sample requests
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with carriers independently, with a primary focus on UK road freight
- Manage and maintain freight documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), and ensure accurate data entry within ERP systems
- Track and support SKU-heavy workflows, managing multiple SKUs across ~8–10 deliveries per week
- Monitor, audit, and support 3PL performance against KPIs (e.g., lead times, error rates), performing quality checks and identifying improvement opportunities
- Provide clear reporting and visibility on fulfillment activity, shipment status, and risks, including root cause analysis where required
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and 3PLs to resolve fulfillment and inventory issues
- Support the Logistics Manager with special projects and general fulfillment needs as required
About You
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or operations
- UK-based with consistent availability during UK business hours
- Hands-on experience with UK logistics and freight (required)
- Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite preferred, not required)
- Exposure to FMCG / CPG environments preferred
- Comfortable working independently and managing tasks without constant oversight
- Familiar with BOLs, freight documentation, and transport coordination, including SKU-heavy workflows
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication, providing clear visibility and flagging issues early
