The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 € per year.
We are seeking a passionate and results driven individual to join our Revenues Team. You will be processing liability changes of business premises, applying reliefs and exemptions, processing refunds, and negotiating payment arrangements. You will need to be self‐motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent customer service, maintaining, and building effective relationships with officers and other key stakeholders. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
You will need to demonstrate that you are able to prioritise your own workload, can work under pressure to meet deadlines with conflicting demands. You must have a good general level of education, demonstrating numeracy and literacy. It is preferable that you have a good working knowledge of Business Rates although full training will be provided. The ability to work on your own is vital, however you must also be able to work well as a member of a team. Experience of working in a Local Authority Revenues and Benefits section would be an advantage.
