The Role
- We are seeking a motivated and ambitious graduate / trainee to join our niche general practice commercial property consultancy.
- As a trainee we will take you through the APC pathway towards RICS qualification.
- You will be based in our office in Leamington Spa with our primary focus being commercial property advice to clients throughout Warwickshire and Coventry.
- Initially your role will be to join the agency team dealing with lettings and sales, but with additional involvement in the management, valuation, and professional departments to provide a fully rounded training.
- We are a friendly, experienced team with local market knowledge, providing exposure to commercial agency and the broader range of surveying duties and skills.
- Office hours 9.00 – 17.30 weekdays.
- Salary dependent on experience and qualifications.

- Self-motivated, organised and proactive.
- Excellent keyboard and IT skills. Must be familiar with Office 365 Products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Driving license.
