An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven individual to join our growing and exciting Infrastructure Sector as Senior Surveyor - based in either our Central London or Reading Office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering key deliverables as directed by the client account remit.
  • Independent management of transactional responsibilities to include lease renewals, rent reviews and management of general estate queries/issues.
  • Responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Actively working with the Surveyors on the nominated client account(s).
  • Preparing summaries for legal documentation.
  • Analysing and manipulating data via client database.
  • A point of contact in respect of projects for the Client.
  • Preparation of Client reports on a regular basis in accordance with Client requests both ad hoc and structured.

Requirements:

  • Telecoms surveyor or asset management experience is essential.
  • Proven understanding and experience working under the Electronic Communications Code 2017.
  • MRICS (desirable).
  • IT Literate (Microsoft packages).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise activities, and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Proven ability to interpret and implement policies, procedures, and legislation relevant to commercial property management/surveying.
  • Proven track record of effective communication with individuals at all levels.
  • Proven track record of managing various stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven experience of leading client initiatives and team management.
