We have exciting live vacancies for all levels from Surveyor to Associate to work in the Infrastructure Services division. This division is focused on delivering projects to build a more sustainable and long-lasting Infrastructure for the UK. They act for their clients across a range of different sectors including electricity, gas, water, fibre optics and renewables.

The company prides themselves on understanding their clients’ specific requirements and industry developments. They take pride in developing their professional team and the development of their systems, to assist in high quality service delivery. The role will be varied, including project managing site surveys through to overseeing access and rights to land, to settling a compensation claim on completion of a Project. They also provide their clients with consultancy services in benchmarking, procedures, and management systems.
Based in Newark-on-Trent, this is a full-time (permanent) position based on 37.5-hours per week (Monday – Friday). However, they are open to discussing part-time and/or flexible working requirements (based on a minimum of 30 hours per week).
They are open to speaking to individuals from a broad range of surveying backgrounds & they also operate a hybrid working policy. In return, beyond your base salary, you will be included in:

• Volunteering Leave equating to 2 days per year (pro rata if you’re part-time) Duties will include:
• Advising on and managing infrastructure projects from a local to national scale. • Providing land consultancy advice to our clients, such as maintenance of existing apparatus or installation of new equipment.
• Advising clients on all aspects of their interactions with landowners, providing professional support.
• Involvement in land referencing, preparation and service of statutory notices, negotiation of compensation and acquisitions of rights to facilitate projects.
• Liaising with landowners and dealing with public enquiries.
• Supporting wider projects across the business.
• Reporting directly to clients on progression with projects
• Supporting the training and mentoring of our graduates in the team to help them achieve their goals
The successful candidate will have…
• MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications (preferably)
