We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial and financial ownership of a portfolio of contracts. In this senior role, you will ensure services are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in line with contractual and legal obligations. You will work closely with project teams to manage valuations, forecasts, and variations, while ensuring accurate contract administration. The role also involves financial reporting, risk management, and identifying opportunities to enhance revenue and profit margins. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be a key part of your role, supporting contract retention and business growth. You will also contribute to pre- and post-contract cost studies, support tender preparation, and manage subcontractors from initial enquiry to project completion. Additionally, you will oversee financial close-out of additional works and maintain records to organisational standards.

Requirements:
- HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Engineering.
- MRICS accreditation and relevant CSCS card.
- Proven leadership and management experience.

- Proficiency with tools such as SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Excel, Asta Powerproject.
- Experience in SME environments with a broad understanding of business operations.
- Knowledge of statutory requirements and best practices in construction and engineering.
- Valid UK driving licence.
