We are looking for a Field Supervisor to join the team covering the UK via its regional set up. We are particularly looking for someone to cover the North Region which includes, Scotland & Northern Ireland. What is the main role objectives and responsibilities? The Field Supervisor (Cornerstone Account) will be responsible for a team of multi-skilled engineers in a designated location/patch, which will be a subset of a Region. These engineers will be responsible for the pro-active and reactive maintenance of passive assets in their location/patch of control. The primary role of the Field Supervisor will be to lead, support and challenge their group of engineers to deliver the best service possible. They will also be playing a hands-on engineer role working on the tools conducting reactive and preventative maintenance tasks. They will ensure their team have the knowledge, tools, and equipment to work safely, effectively, and efficiently. This is a people manager role and as such the Field Supervisor (Supported by the Regional Operations Manager) will be responsible for providing regular feedback on the performance of individuals in their team and as part of formal end of year reviews. The split between days on the tools and days spent providing supervision and associated admin is not prescriptive, but a minimum expectation would be 3 days in the field on average.
