This role offers hybrid working with the chance to visit various sites across the Bristol or Barnsley area depending on which you are based at and allows you the opportunity to work on large scale projects. Duties The management of all commercial aspects of projects, including, but not limited to: * Analysis and agreement of Sub-contract documentation, including, terms and conditions, warranties and bonds. * Investigation, preparation and submission of variations, claims and measures for the purposes of interim valuations and final accounts. * Monitoring and compilation of the cost and revenue performance including cost and cashflow forecasts * Offering of commercial and contractual advice both within the business and to external clients. * Agreement of Sub-contractor accounts. * Attending sites, nationwide, to liaise with Clients and Sub-contractors
