Person & Skills
- The successful candidates should be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have extensive Construction Industry knowledge with experience in selling Heavyside building materials.
- A proven sales track record and the ability to converse and negotiate at all levels.
Key Tasks
- Support the Branch Manager with sales and marketing.
- Support the Branch Manager with management duties as and when required.
- Identify and maximise business opportunities.
- Building and improving trading relationships with customers/suppliers.
- Selling building materials profitably to trade and retail.
- Ensuring the highest standards of service to the customer.
- Showing awareness for all new sales opportunities.
- Providing support for new accounts.
- Support with new product initiatives.
- Health & Safety awareness.
