E&H Consulting Group is a Singapore-based immigration consultancy providing professional advisory services to foreign professionals, entrepreneurs, and families seeking to work, live, and settle in Singapore. We advise clients across Asia and globally on a wide range of Singapore immigration matters, including work passes, family passes, Permanent Residency, and Citizenship applications. Due to increasing inbound enquiries, we are expanding our team to support client consultations and application intake.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert inbound immigration enquiries from digital channels, referrals, and partners
- Conduct client consultations to assess eligibility and suitability for Singapore immigration pathways
- Advise clients on immigration options, including:
- Employment Pass (EP) and other work passes
- Dependant's Pass (DP) and Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP)
- Singapore Permanent Residency (PR) applications
- Singapore Citizenship applications
This role is primarily focused on inbound client consultations. Cold-calling is not a core requirement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in client advisory, sales, or consulting roles
- Prior exposure to immigration services, professional services, or regulated advisory environments is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex matters clearly
- Client-oriented, detail-focused, and results-driven
- Able to manage multiple client enquiries and follow up effectively
- Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Familiarity with Singapore immigration frameworks (EP, PR, Citizenship) is an advantage
- Experience with CRM systems or client management tools is a plus
