About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will help create a safe, stable and nurturing home environment for children and young people. You will support young people with daily routines, education, personal development, life skills and wellbeing whilst helping them achieve positive outcomes for their future. No previous residential childcare qualification is required. We are looking for individuals with the right values, attitude and willingness to learn. Full training and support will be provided.
