Your daily workout
As our Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d) in our brand new London office you will drive our growth in the UK by qualifying inbound leads and identifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach. You will act as a strategic partner to our regional sales team, ensuring seamless CRM management and supporting high-impact events. - Lead Management: You process all inbound enquiries to the business. You qualify any lead generated by marketing or sales activities, book appointments and pass to the sales team for follow up and management.
- Business Development: You independently identify potential clients for other products in our portfolio and seize cross-selling opportunities, also via cold and warm calling.
- Sales Support: You assist regional sales managers in implementing the local sales strategy, organizing, and following up on event invitations.
- Scheduling: You are coordinating qualified appointments for the Sales team in the UK.
- Campaign Execution: You record your activities and information in our CRM tool, Salesforce, to make targeted outbound calls based on defined marketing and sales campaigns.
- Continuous Improvement: You contribute proactive ideas to improve our products and optimize processes, based on market feedback.
- System Compliance: You ensure that every lead handed over contains all necessary qualification details within our CRM to facilitate a seamless transition to the sales representatives.
- CRM Maintenance: You maintain and update our CRM tool, Salesforce.com, to ensure the data is accurate and up to date.
- Event Logistics: You occasionally assist the Sales Enablement Manager by providing administrative and logistical support for sales enablement, including on-site coordination for customer visits, showroom events, internal training events and hospitality.

- Experience: You are experienced in customer relations, preferably in the fitness sector.
- Communication: You possess excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and enjoy speaking on the phone.

- Inbound Management: You take ownership of all incoming prospects for the UK market, ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining a proactive approach to follow-up communications.

- Event Coordination: You play an active role in supporting our events, contributing to both the organized preparation and the subsequent management of attendee relationships.
