Requirements
- Enterprise & Channel Sales: You bring 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, channel/distribution management, or strategic B2B business development within SaaS, fitness, technology, or solution-driven industries.
- Strategic Sales: You have a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, long decision-making processes, and cross-functional coordination across direct and indirect sales channels.
- Partnership Management: You are experienced in building and maintaining successful relationships with international partners and understand how to scale revenue through influence rather than direct control.
- Commercial & Technical Understanding: You are comfortable positioning integrated hardware and SaaS solutions and translating customer challenges into scalable commercial solutions with measurable business impact.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: You possess excellent communication and presentation skills in English and are confident engaging with C-level executives, key partners, and internal stakeholders across multiple regions and cultures. Additional languages such as French or Spanish are a plus.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are proactive, structured, and highly self-motivated with the ability to operate independently in fast-changing international environments.
- Willingness to travel: You are willing to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 30%) for strategic meetings and industry events.
What the job involves
- You will drive strategic enterprise growth across EGYM’s international distribution markets in EMEA and APAC.
- You will develop and manage key distribution partners across EMEA and selected international markets, helping them identify and develop enterprise opportunities while positioning EGYM as the preferred fitness technology partner.
- You will lead enterprise opportunities from strategic discovery and consultative demos to C-level negotiations and contract closure across both direct and partner-generated accounts.
- You will build trusted relationships with distribution partners and scale enterprise business through strategic territory development and pipeline collaboration.
- You will create compelling business cases and ROI models for enterprise operators, franchise groups and other verticals across EGYM’s integrated hardware and software ecosystem.
- You will work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success teams and Distribution Partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences and contribute market insights to future product innovation.
- You will maintain a highly transparent and structured sales pipeline across direct and partner-generated opportunities, ensuring forecasting accuracy and clear visibility into enterprise initiatives.

- You will build a qualified pipeline of enterprise opportunities through both direct engagement and distribution partnerships.
