Your daily workout
- Customer Support: Ensure optimal support for fitness and wellness facilities within the Hussle/EGYM Wellpass partner network and act as a link between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Contract Management: Manage contract administration (processing, auditing, and database maintenance) for network partners.
- Billing & Accounting: Work closely with the finance team to ensure a smooth monthly billing process (partner payouts, credit notes, invoice verification, reporting, etc.).
- Onboarding: Guide partner facilities through activation processes for check‑in and class booking integrations, ensuring a seamless training experience for members.
- Process Optimisation: Contribute ideas and suggestions to make processes more efficient.
Your fitness level
- Education: Ideally degree‑level education in business, sports, health sciences, or a related field, or 3+ years of related work experience.
- Professional Experience: Prior experience in customer communication and administration; customer satisfaction is a top priority.
- IT Skills: Sound knowledge of M365 (especially Excel) and preferably experience with Salesforce and Intercom. A general interest in digital topics and a willingness to learn new tools.
- Working Style: Independent, structured, meticulous, and a quick learner.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken). A second language such as German or French is a bonus.

- Independently handle contract and billing enquiries from partners with minimal supervision.
- Develop proficiency in the CRM system and propose improvements for tools and operational processes.
