From initial strategy to closing high-impact deals, you will own the full sales lifecycle within our Enterprise team, in London at our office/showsite. Ready to give your career a workout? - Drive Revenue Growth: You consistently exceed sales targets through strategic new logo acquisition and the expansion of existing key accounts across the UK and EMEA.
- Full Sales Cycle: You own the process from strategic prospecting and consultative demos to C-level negotiations and closing.
- Product Expert: You showcase the value of our integrated SaaS and hardware solutions (EGYM Ecosystem).
- Strategic Deal Architecture: You build complex business cases and ROI models for C-level stakeholders, positioning EGYM as a mission-critical digital strength partner.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: You partner with Operations, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and influence our product roadmaps and innovation based on strategic customer insights and market demands.
- Market Intelligence: You monitor industry trends and maintain a clean CRM pipeline to track your success.
Your fitness level
- Experience: You bring 5+ years of sales experience in the fitness/B2B SaaS industries and a deep understanding of project management, particularly in the technical implementation of complex solutions. Experience in Professional Services or Consulting is a plus.
- Network: You have a proven track record with UK Key Accounts or large-scale fitness chains.
- Skillset: You are an expert in solution selling, building markets from scratch, and managing complex pipelines using Salesforce.
- Mindset: You can think creatively, are results-driven, tech-savvy, and passionate about the future of fitness.
- Communication: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to influence at all levels of client and internal interactions.
- Willingness to travel: You are prepared to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 30%), based on specific project requirements.
Your training goal for your first 6 months
- Sales Process & Pipeline Precision: Master the sales process: Deep dive into our methodologies and create a robust forecast for your sales pipeline to ensure target achievement.
- Territory Blueprint: Build a detailed sales plan and map your 'where to win' strategy.
- Relationship Building: You have built trustful, resilient relationships with Country Directors and other stakeholders (Product, Customer Success, Support and Implementation).
- Process Improvement: You actively contribute new ideas and participate in team discussions to enhance our sales processes.
- Sales Achievement: You can independently pitch the unique selling proposition (USP) of the EGYM ecosystem to large enterprise customers and have closed at least your first enterprise contract.
