As the lead voice of the brand within the UK employee benefits space, this London‑based role focuses on creative storytelling and tactical execution. You will be the guardian of the brand’s identity, ensuring every piece of communication—from high‑level digital campaigns to physical print assets—resonates with a consistent and compelling message.

Responsibilities

  • Lead brand strategy execution, turning integrated communication plans into reality across digital, media and print channels.
  • Own the brand’s visual and written identity, maintaining consistent messaging and tone of voice.
  • Craft and implement engaging narratives across a diverse mix of marketing formats to capture audience attention.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end integrated campaign management, moving fluidly from high‑level planning to hands‑on execution.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, product, sales and account‑management teams to align branding efforts with wider business goals.
  • Oversee all content creation, ensuring every asset meets senior‑level marketing standards.

Qualifications

  • Degree in marketing, communications or a related field; ability to translate brand strategy into integrated plans.
  • At least 4 years of brand and communications management experience in senior‑level marketing roles.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice for diverse B2B audiences and channels.
  • Proficient with essential marketing tools: website CMS, email marketing software, social media channels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a confident people‑person with organisational ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Passion for health and fitness and understanding of the HR and employee‑benefits sector.

First 6 Months Goals

  • Own the 2026 content strategy, reviewing current approaches and mapping milestones and key industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external media partners to ensure high‑quality, consistent brand content flow.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for branding and content guidance, empowering the wider business to align communications with the core strategy.
