Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Management: You manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation, pitching, negotiating and closing deals.
  • Strategy Development: You develop and implement strategies to grow partnerships with UK fitness operators.
  • Public Speaking: You represent the business confidently on panels, webinars and seminars.
  • Event Participation: You participate in and lead events to support lead generation and increase brand awareness.
  • Sales Presentations: You prepare and deliver tailored pitches to senior decision-makers at target operators.
  • Collaboration: You collaborate with EGYM Technology colleagues on joint deals that combine the EGYM Wellpass/Hussle marketplace with our smart gym equipment solutions.
  • Negotiation: You handle objections and lead negotiations with operators.
  • Process Optimisation: You provide insights and feedback to optimise and improve the sales process.
  • CRM Proficiency: You use Salesforce and other tools effectively and act as an advocate for best practices as the business scales.

Qualifications

  • Networking: You are a world-class networker with the commercial acumen to structure win‑win deals and negotiate terms confidently.
  • Public Speaking: You are comfortable representing the company at trade events and acting as a lead voice in the sector.
  • Negotiation & Closing: You handle objections confidently, achieve positive outcomes for all parties, and demonstrate strong closing skills to consistently secure new business.
  • Analytical Thinking: You bring a logical and sharp mind, capable of managing multiple commercial factors impacting a deal.
  • Resilience: You are highly resilient and able to deliver results consistently.
  • CRM Proficiency: You are used to working with sales tools like Salesforce (or similar).
  • Industry Knowledge: You have interest in the UK health and fitness industry.
  • B2B Sales Experience: You have experience in a B2B sales environment, with the ability to prospect and manage a sales pipeline.

Training Goals for the First 6 Months

  • Sales Process & CRM: You understood the sales process and the use of the key methodologies we used, and you were a confident user of Salesforce.
  • Territory Planning: You built a detailed and approved territory plan for your region.
  • Events: You completed 2 outbound lead generation sales events in your region.
  • Sales Meetings: You aimed to conduct around 5 or more new client meetings per week to actively build and grow your pipeline.
  • Close Sales: You consistently won enough deals to achieve your on-target earnings.
