What you'll do
As part of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in supporting customer retention, driving brand engagement, and delivering high-impact events that elevate our market presence. You will take the lead in planning, organising, and delivering a wide range of events, from webinars and user groups to large-scale conferences. This role is ideal for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences. While this role sits within a broader marketing team, your primary focus will be the end-to-end execution of our events and conferences.
Other key responsibilities and accountabilities will include:
- Plan, manage, and execute a range of events including webinars, user groups, trade shows, and large-scale conferences.
- Own the event lifecycle from pre-event planning and logistics through to onsite execution and post-event follow-up.
- Liaise with venues, suppliers, and third-party vendors to ensure all aspects of event delivery run smoothly and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product teams to align event objectives with business goals.
- Manage delegate communications, registration processes, and event promotion to drive attendance and engagement.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality brand presence across all events, including signage, collateral, and presentations.
- Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and reporting, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
Marketing Support for Events:
- Develop compelling event messaging and promotional materials across digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Write clear and engaging copy for event invitations, landing pages, and follow-up communications.
- Support the preparation of event kits, exhibition stands, and branded merchandise.
Who You'll Be

- Confidence in working with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with event management platforms, CRM systems, or digital marketing tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the health technology sector or the NHS is a plus, but not essential.
