Egret Care is a child focused company with multiple residential children's homes across Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire.

This is a full-time on-site role based in Stoke-On-Trent and surrounding areas for a Support Worker. You will provide child focused care and assistance to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and quality of life.

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Offering practical and emotional support
  • Assisting with daily activities
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive environment
  • Adhering to best practices and safeguarding guidelines

Additional Information:

  • All levels of experience accepted
  • Training will be given
  • Must be willing to have a DBS check, safer recruitment processes followed
  • Must hold, or be willing to work towards Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare
  • Competitive rates of pay (£14ph, increasing to £15 once Level 3 diploma has been achieved)
