Job Description
As part of their continued growth, our client has an immediate requirement for experienced, CAS Mortgage Brokers, to work on a self-employed basis. The position can be either on a remote basis, or office based, if required. Ideally, candidates will be able to travel to the office in Teesside however, this is flexible.
The opportunity would be ideal for a Mortgage Broker who is frustrated at working alone, or through a network and would relish quality referrals, competent administrative support (more sales time) and to be part of an experienced, client-focussed team.
On offer is a generous split (increased if protection is sold), referrals, full administration support, allowing you to focus on mortgages sales, all compliance, regulatory fees, a desk within a welcoming and friendly office and the opportunity to work within an established, small business, with a team of 6.
Qualifications:
- CeMAP (or equivalent) as a minimum
Candidate Requirements:
- Be experienced Mortgage Brokers (protection experience would be advantageous)
- Hold CAS
- Have existing clients – minimum 50
- Be able to deliver an outstanding service to their clients
- Be keen to grow their client base via referrals and self-generation
