EGRE London is expanding and we are looking for experienced Associate Real Estate Consultants to join our London team. This is a self‑employed consultant role, with hybrid and remote working flexibility, suited to experienced London property professionals who want more autonomy, stronger international exposure and the ability to build their own client base within a boutique, globally connected platform.

At EGRE, we operate differently from a traditional estate agency. We are boutique, discreet, data‑driven and internationally connected, with clients across the UK, China, the Middle East and wider global markets.

The role would suit someone commercially minded, well‑presented and confident dealing with landlords, vendors, buyers and investors across sales, lettings, new homes or investment advisory.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in London residential property
  • A strong understanding of sales, lettings or investment advisory
  • Ability to generate, manage and convert client opportunities
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working on a self‑employed basis
  • Professional presentation and high client‑service standards
  • Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, French or other languages would be an advantage
