Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a motivated apprentice to join our kitchen team as a Production Chef (Level 2) trainee. You’ll work full-time in a busy kitchen, under the supervision of experienced chefs, while training toward a nationally recognised apprenticeship over 15 months.
You don’t need previous kitchen experience; we’ll teach you everything. Expect hands-on learning, shift work including evenings and weekends, and support to develop essential cooking skills and brand standards.
