ROLE OVERVIEW

Egnyte is looking for a stellar B2B field marketing professional with experience driving demand through events. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing physical and virtual events, including webinars, trade shows, third-party sponsorships, and email campaigns. A growth mindset, a close partnership with sales, and self-starting abilities are essential. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Sales and Customer Success teams is critical for success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  1. Plan, manage, and execute events and webinars, monitoring timelines and deadlines, ensuring clear communication, and managing the invitation process.
  2. Collaborate with event organizers, partners, and customers to ensure successful event execution, including sourcing venues and suppliers.
  3. Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, and Subject Matter Experts, and support the Field Sales team with activations, briefs, event kick-offs, and post-mortems.
  4. Optimize campaigns to increase conversion, reduce acquisition costs, and improve ROI.
  5. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with Marketing and Sales Operations.
  6. Understand Egnyte’s content and messaging strategy, customer profiles, and personas to support enablement and regional adoption.
  7. Manage event budgets, including merchandise, swag, printing, and stand costs.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of B2B field marketing experience
  • Knowledge of event tactics and execution
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple events simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Proficiency with tools such as SFDC, Marketo, Outreach, Tableau
  • Ability to build relationships within cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
