For more information, visit www.egnyte.com . ROLE OVERVIEW Egnyte is seeking a talented B2B field marketing professional with experience in demand generation through events. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing physical and virtual events, including webinars, trade shows, third-party sponsorships, and email campaigns. A growth mindset, close partnership with sales, and self-starting attitude are essential. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Sales and Customer Success teams is critical for success in this role. WHAT YOU’LL DO Plan, manage, and execute events and webinars, monitoring timelines, ensuring clear communication, and managing invitation processes. Collaborate with event organizers, partners, and customers to ensure successful event execution, including sourcing venues and suppliers. Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, and Subject Matter Experts, and support the Field Sales team with activations, briefs, event kick-offs, and post-mortems. Continuously optimize campaigns to increase conversion, reduce acquisition costs, and improve ROI. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance in partnership with Marketing and Sales Operations. Coordinate with Product Marketing to understand Egnyte’s content, messaging strategy, and target personas for enablement and regional deployment. Manage event budgets, including merchandise, swag, printing, and stand costs.
