£15.01 per hour (£31,228 per annum) - This role is working a double day shift, rotating weekly 06:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00hrs, Monday to Friday).
What you'll be doing
As a Production Operator within our Lamination Department, you will play a key role in ensuring production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are achieved.
Your responsibilities will include
- Undertaking comprehensive training across all areas of the department, including board and paper preparation, quality inspections, banding activities, forklift truck operations,
- Completing shift reports detailing production performance, downtime and operational data.
- Working closely with Shift Supervisors and Engineering teams to resolve equipment issues and maintain efficient production.
- Maintaining work areas, equipment and machinery to a high standard of housekeeping.
- Supporting holiday, sickness, training and maintenance cover as required to maximise production efficiency.
- Attending training courses at other EGGER UK locations when required.
- Following all Health & Safety procedures and promoting a safe working environment at all times.
- Adhering to company quality standards and operating procedures.
