The Opportunity
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an undergraduate Civil Engineer to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This 12-month placement will provide exposure to real-world engineering projects, operational support, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Undertake specific projects as allocated by the Civil Engineer, Engineering Manager, or Plant Director.
- Make improvement recommendations where appropriate.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Civil Engineering department.
- Complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Operate safely and efficiently, following risk assessments and method statements.
- Support project and maintenance work.
- Maintain and create reports, technical specifications, statistics, and other documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Successfully completed the first two years of an appropriate engineering degree.
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Well-organised, efficient, and a strong communicator.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
