About The Role
We are looking for motivated and reliable Process Operators to join our Campact team at EGGER. As part of a shift-based production environment, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of our plant while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role will work 12 hour shifts (Days & Nights).
Starting salary £16.50 per hour, working an average of 42 hours per week.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating plant machinery and processes in line with standard operating procedures
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Monitoring raw material levels and accurately completing shift reports and handovers
- Working closely with your shift team, Shift Leader, and engineering colleagues to resolve production issues
- Adhering to all health, safety, and quality standards at all times
- Identifying and reporting hazards, incidents, and equipment issues
- Supporting continuous improvement activities and suggesting process enhancements
- Providing cover across the team when required and assisting with training of new starters
