About The Role
We are looking for motivated and reliable Process Operators to join our Campact team at EGGER. As part of a shift-based production environment, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of our plant while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role will work 12 hour shifts (Days & Nights).

Starting salary £16.50 per hour, working an average of 42 hours per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operating plant machinery and processes in line with standard operating procedures
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Monitoring raw material levels and accurately completing shift reports and handovers
  • Working closely with your shift team, Shift Leader, and engineering colleagues to resolve production issues
  • Adhering to all health, safety, and quality standards at all times
  • Identifying and reporting hazards, incidents, and equipment issues
  • Supporting continuous improvement activities and suggesting process enhancements
  • Providing cover across the team when required and assisting with training of new starters
