We are seeking a proactive Marketing Apprentice to join our vibrant team at the Hexham plant, supporting various marketing and internal communication activities.

This is what you will be training to do!

  • Work towards attaining the Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship Standard, which will take 18 months to complete.
  • Support customer-focused marketing and internal communication activities across multiple channels and platforms, including EGGERnet and EGGERTV.
  • Assist in organizing various events in collaboration with the Human Resources Department and category marketing teams.
  • Process invoices, support budget/expenditure spreadsheets, and manage stock and orders for promotional items.
  • Contribute to product campaigns across EGGER Decorative Products (EDP), EGGER Flooring Products (EFP), and EGGER Building Products (EBP).
  • Provide support to the digital team through website management, project assistance, research, and e-learning/presentations.
  • Create engaging social media assets for internal and external use.
  • Assist in photoshoots and video production.
  • Complete relevant research and competitor analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high levels of quality, safety, and environmental awareness within the working environment.

What we are looking for...

  • Good standard of education with a minimum of 2 A levels or equivalent.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for marketing and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and across different departments.
  • Proficiency in basic IT systems; familiarity with SAP system is an advantage.
  • Commitment to observing and complying with all safety precautions.
  • Ability to attend training meetings and complete coursework within expected deadlines.
