What you’ll be doing:
- Playing a key role in achieving team goals around growth opportunities, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
- Using websites, social media, calls and email to qualify warm prospects.
- Reaching out to customers, gathering the key info our sales teams need to shine.
- Supporting marketing and sales to make sure we’re all heading in the same direction.
- Handling incoming enquiries and making outbound contacts with a friendly, confident manner.
- Occasionally attending customer events to boost your market knowledge and fly the EGGER flag.
- Keeping customer data secure, compliant and up to date.
- Keeping quality and safety at the heart of everything you do.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Experience in a sales or service-focused role.
- A strong customer service ethic, a passion for helping people, and a desire to win together.
- A confident, personable, and engaging telephone manner.
- Excellent organisation, efficiency and attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills, including solid use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
