As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and an excellent experience every time. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, so if you enjoy variety and building strong working relationships, this role offers plenty of opportunity to shine.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and accurate order processing
- Receive and progress customer orders using the SAP Sales & Distribution system.
- Create delivery notes to meet customer delivery expectations.
- Use company systems to confirm correct pricing and update details where needed.
- Create Credit and Debit Notes when required.
- Coordinate across the business
- Liaise with Sales offices, Production Planners, Material Control and Despatch teams to ensure orders progress efficiently.
- Share any new sales leads with the relevant salesperson.
- Support account and admin processes
- Monitor customer accounts, chase overdue payments, and help maintain accurate records.
- Carry out a range of administrative duties as directed by the Customer Services Team Leaders.
- Maintain an organised and efficient system for all Customer Service functions.
Qualifications
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP or CRM systems (desirable but not essential).
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
- A personable and confident telephone manner.
- A customer‑focused approach with good interpersonal skills.
- A team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues.
