The predicted salary is between 26400 - 26400 £ per year.
Train in all areas of the Engineering Stores Department, including in the use of SAP MRP system conversion to planned order, monitoring levels and adjusting to history profile. Monitor and maintain stock to agreed levels and advise Stores Controller of discrepancies. Monitor and update inventory information using a computerized records system. Data entry of inventory checks and produce physical inventory documentation. Issue inventory, as well as process and maintain necessary records and related work. Maintain a professional, polite and courteous manner whilst dealing with internal and external customers.
What we need from you…
- Good standard of secondary education with a minimum of 5 GCSEs grade C / 4 or above, including Maths and English.
- Completion of an IOSH Health and Safety course (after you start with us!).
- Forklift truck experience is desirable; however, training will be provided.
- Basic standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be well organized, efficient, personable and have a good, confident telephone manner.
- Completion of your assignments in accordance with your training.
