Starting salary £36,036 rising to £36,778 after a successful probation!
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be working as a key member of our production team, operating on the Tongue & Groove (T&G) line – a vital part of our manufacturing process. You’ll:
- Run and support all aspects of the T&G line (line operation, banding, packing, etc.).
- Complete regular shift reports, recording key production data.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working area – including equipment and machinery.
- Participate in ongoing training to build your skills across the department.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents.
- Liaise with the Production Manager on equipment condition or any issues affecting production.
- Support colleagues during holidays, sickness, training, or maintenance periods.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Valid Forklift Truck Licence, however training can be provided.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to work a 4-shift pattern, including 12-hour shifts (days & nights).
