What You’ll Be Doing
- Cultivating new customer relationships while nurturing and expanding existing partnerships in the flooring distribution sector.
- Collaborating with customers to support long-term planning, including forecasting and participation in annual budget discussions.
- Delivering expert guidance and training to our distributor network, ensuring they feel confident and well-supported.
- Spotting opportunities in growth areas such as flooring contractors, retailers, and housebuilders – and turning insights into action.
- Supporting a communication strategy that keeps the customer at the heart of what we do.
- Managing customer concerns with professionalism and care, in line with our ISO standards.
- Offering product knowledge and technical expertise that builds trust and adds value.
- Working cross-functionally across the EGGER Group to drive innovation and service excellence.
- Representing EGGER at key industry events, building brand visibility and relationships.
What You’ll Bring
- A collaborative mindset and a people-first approach to leadership.
- Proven success in B2B sales – ideally within the flooring or building materials industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of engineered flooring products (EFPs).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).

- A proactive, solutions-driven attitude and a drive to grow – both the business and your career.
