We’re now looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Hexham, supporting our Decorative, Flooring, and Building product categories. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with creativity, collaboration, and organisation at their core.
Your impact: In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll support the full marketing mix – from content creation and campaign delivery to event planning and stakeholder engagement. You’ll be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team where your ideas and input are valued from day one.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing engaging content for PR, advertising, e-newsletters, and social media in line with brand and commercial objectives.
• Coordinating marketing projects and tools, including literature, POS roll-outs, and exhibitions.
• Building strong relationships with customers, media contacts, and external agencies (e.g., PR, photography, sampling).
• Collaborating closely with colleagues across departments to bring new and existing products to market effectively.
• Supporting with marketing budget control and customer credit processes.
• Monitoring and reporting on competitor marketing activity.
• Helping develop and document internal processes and procedures.
• Contributing to the development and delivery of communication strategies across all channels.
  

What we’re looking for:
We’re open to candidates from a range of marketing backgrounds who can demonstrate:

• Preferably a diploma/degree level education in a Marketing/Communications related discipline or a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Marketing however demonstrable experience in a related role is also an option.
• A passion for creative and strategic marketing.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence working with both internal teams and external partners.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A team mindset with the motivation to learn and grow within a supportive environment.
• Intermediate standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
