At Timberpak, part of the EGGER Group, we are looking for an experienced HGV Driver to join our busy team in Leeds.

Timberpak is the UK's leading recycler of waste wood and a key part of the EGGER Group. We collect, process, and recycle waste timber, supporting the circular economy by transforming recycled wood into valuable raw material used in EGGER's manufacturing processes.
£19.79 per hour
Working hours: (47.5 hrs per week, including paid breaks - Sunday: 7:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm to 11:30pm).
Key responsibilities include
- Operating HGV vehicles safely and professionally.
- Completing deliveries and collections in line with planned schedules.
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
- Ensuring compliance with all transport legislation, driver hours regulations, and company policies.
- Representing Timberpak and EGGER professionally when interacting with customers and suppliers.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for completing mobile checks and recording jobs
- Experience operating hook loader and wagon and drag, or similar specialist vehicles an advantage.
- Health and Safety qualification or training.
What we're looking for
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) HGV Licence is essential, with a minimum of one years experience.
- Digital Tachograph Card.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and compliance.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, flexible, and professional approach to work.
